Dubai has welcomed a major cultural arrival as Paris Paradis, the Dubai incarnation of the legendary Paradis Latin, has officially opened its doors at Taj Dubai, Downtown. Having launched on January 16, 2026, the venue brings more than two centuries of Parisian cabaret heritage into a contemporary, immersive setting.
Paris Paradis introduces a refined cabaret and performance dining destination where live spectacle, gastronomy, and storytelling come together seamlessly.
A Legacy Reimagined
Founded in 1803 under Napoleon Bonaparte and later rebuilt by Gustave Eiffel in 1889, Paradis Latin is recognized as the oldest cabaret in Paris. Paris Paradis carries this legacy forward, translating the spirit of freedom and creativity into a modern expression designed for Dubai’s global audience.
Walter Butler, Founder of Butler Industries and Paris Paradis says “I am very proud to bring Paradis Latin, the oldest cabaret in the world, to Dubai. Our show in Paris is attended by more than 150,000 guests every year. Dubai is the global stage where cultures meet, and Paris Paradis is honoured to bring the spirit of Paris to this extraordinary city. Paris Paradis is not simply a show or a restaurant. It is a celebration of creativity, craftsmanship, and shared moments, reimagined for Dubai.”
The Paris Paradis experience is anchored by a bold performance program choreographed by Kamel Ouali, featuring an elite ensemble selected from over 2,500 global candidates to ensure world-class artistic excellence. This spectacle is complemented by the refined culinary vision of Executive Chef Zouhair Bouhlal, whose French Mediterranean menu features standout signature dishes such as Rossini Wagyu and Truffle Carpaccio.
The physical space, curated by Mary Bjorg, serves as an architectural narrative highlighted by five primary mosaics designed by Dimitri Rybaltchenko and a striking, bespoke SICIS tiger mosaic that depicts a journey from Paris to the Burj Khalifa. Adding to this atmosphere of exclusivity, Paris Paradis is the only venue in Dubai to serve Laurent-Perrier Héritage Champagne, further cementing its status as a premier destination for the French art of celebration.
Now open to the public, Paris Paradis is set to be the defining destination for glamorous nights out and cultural expression in Dubai. Guests can expect an immersive experience featuring singers, dancers, and multidisciplinary performers in couture-inspired costumes.
