Parkin Company PJSC (“Parkin”), Dubai’s leading provider of paid public parking services, has signed a strategic agreement with Dubai Holding, a global investment group with a presence in over 30 countries, to deliver smart parking solutions across several of Dubai’s master-planned communities.

Under the agreement, Parkin will manage approximately 29,600 paid parking spaces.
This brings Parkin’s total portfolio of developer-owned parking spaces to around 50,400, with a moderate impact on operational income expected from mid-Q3 2025.
As part of this collaboration, Parkin will oversee the complete operation and management of parking infrastructure, using its advanced digital systems, enforcement technologies, and real-time data analytics to improve efficiency and streamline parking services in high-demand areas.
This initiative is a response to the rising demand for organised parking in key locations and aims to improve accessibility, urban mobility, and the overall user experience in Dubai Holding communities. The partnership will introduce a digitally driven, customer-focused parking model, helping optimise space use and contribute to smarter urban planning.
The agreement also highlights both Parkin and Dubai Holding’s commitment to investing in technology and infrastructure that support modern, efficient, and user-friendly mobility solutions. The broader objective is to reduce congestion, improve traffic flow, and enhance daily mobility for both residents and visitors.
