Indian actor, celebrity, and Dubai-based entrepreneur Parul Gulati made her ravishing debut at the 78th Cannes Film Festival 2025, exuding glam on the red carpet at the world premiere of Eddington, the much-anticipated new film by director Ari Aster, starring Joaquin Phoenix, Emma Stone, and Pedro Pascal.

As seen in the pics, Parul pulled off a custom-made, avant-garde ensemble inspired by the very element that defines her entrepreneurial journey – hair. She herself conceptualized the outfit with designers Mohit Rai and Riddhi Bansal. With her hair, she kept it neat and sleek with a bun, with nude makeup and jewelry by Karishma’s JOOLRY. Her overall outfit was made entirely with braids, quite a thoughtful detail.

Parul called it a “dream” as she reflected on the moment. She shared, “Walking the red carpet at Cannes has been a dream I’ve nurtured for years, not just as an actor, but as someone deeply in love with cinema and storytelling.”

She further exclaimed that “experiencing the premiere of Eddington, alongside some of the greatest talents of our time, was surreal. I wanted my red carpet look to be more than just fashion, it had to represent my personal and professional journey.”

“This ensemble stands for the courage to embrace who you are, to celebrate where you come from, and to boldly own your story. Representing both India and my entrepreneurial home, Dubai, on a global stage is a moment I’ll cherish forever,” she noted.

With Nish Hair’s expanding footprint in Dubai’s business landscape, Gulati continues to inspire women to embrace their uniqueness and self-assurance. Her ensemble was a powerful homage to her brand, which recently marked a major milestone by opening its first international flagship store in Al Seef, Dubai.

Her outfit took over a month to complete, which involved the contribution of 12 skilled artisans, who dedicated hours to bring her a piece to life.
