Radisson Hotel Group collaborated with BNW Developments, a private developer in Ras Al Khaimah, and has launched the first Radisson Blu Hotel and Radisson Blu Residences in RAK Central. The Radisson Blu Hotel, RAK Central will feature 361 rooms above retail and cinema offerings.
The property will cater to business and leisure travellers and will feature five food and beverage outlets, a rooftop terrace and pool bar, meeting and event rooms, a spa and gym, a Business Class lounge, and a kids’ club.
Next to the hotel, Radisson Blu Residences, RAK Central will house 222 branded residences. Residents will have beneficiary of utilizing hotel services and amenities, such as food and beverage options.
The event was attended by senior leadership from both organizations, real estate and hospitality stakeholders, and over 8,000 guests.
The development is situated in RAK Central, an emerging commercial and lifestyle district, and it incorporates hospitality, residences, retail, and entertainment as the core of Ras Al Khaimah.
The mixed-use development is planned close to the Al Marjan Island and is designed to facilitate the next stage of economic and community development of the emirate, making RAK Central a connected work-and-play area.
