H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, today received at his palace in Saqr bin Mohammed City, Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Yammahi, President of the Arab Parliament, and Sheikh Dr. Ammar bin Nasser Al Mualla, Attaché of Education and Science at the UAE Embassy in the Arab Republic of Egypt, who came to extend their greetings to the RAK Ruler.
During the meeting, H.H. Sheikh Saud was briefed on the Arab Parliament’s efforts to enhance joint Arab action and strengthen cooperation and integration mechanisms among Arab parliaments, contributing to stability, development, and prosperity across the Arab world.
The discussions also highlighted the role of UAE educational attachés in fostering academic and scientific cooperation between the UAE and other friendly and brotherly nations, as well as their efforts in supporting Emirati students abroad to achieve academic excellence and innovation.
The meeting further addressed several topics of mutual interest, exploring ways to enhance collaboration in parliamentary and educational sectors, in line with the UAE’s vision for human development and its commitment to strengthening its global leadership in knowledge and innovation.
Al Yammahi and Sheikh Dr. Al Mualla expressed their sincere appreciation to the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, praising his visionary leadership, unwavering support for Arab cooperation, and dedication to advancing education and innovation, which continue to reinforce the UAE’s prominent regional and international standing.
