The Ultimate Penguin Experience allows guests to immerse themselves in a one-of-a-kind experience that takes them up close and personal with penguins like never before.
Perfect for families and friends, the PENGcredible adventure starts with a behind-the-scenes tour of the penguin facilities (clinic, habitat, and pool), meeting two penguin species (King and Gentoo), hand-feeding and fun enrichment activities, and access to the underwater viewing area. Enjoy unlimited access to all snow park rides and attractions, including one-time access to the Chairlift and Mountain Thriller. To compliment the experience, guests can warm up with Hot Chocolate and bring home souvenirs, including penguin foot paintings, as well as printed and digital photos in a QR code.
The Ultimate Penguin Experience offers guests an immersive encounter that goes beyond meeting penguins—it fosters a deeper understanding of their natural habitats and the urgent need for conservation. Get a chance to meet feathered celebrities from the local colony, including Toby, a talented male Gentoo who went viral with his penguin predictions during FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, as well as Pop, the first King Penguin born and raised in the heart of the desert. Through enrichment activities and engaging educational storytelling, Ski Dubai aims to inspire a new generation of animal advocates.

The Global Humane Conservation™ program is the first certification effort solely dedicated to helping verify the welfare and humane treatment of animals living in zoos, aquariums and conservation centers across the globe.
