Pantheon Development, one of the UAE’s most dynamic and innovation-focused developers, has announced the launch of an extraordinary cultural initiative set to redefine community engagement through music, art, and shared experiences.

As part of the brand’s evolution into a community-connected and purpose-driven organisation, Pantheon Development will host a new series of world-class concerts featuring globally acclaimed artists. The first wave of announced performances includes:

  • Arijit Singh, 19 December 2025 at Etihad Arena, Abu Dhabi
  • A.R. Rahman, 23 January 2026 at Etihad Arena, Abu Dhabi
  • Rishab Rikhiram Sharma, 31 January 2026 at Coca-Cola Arena, Dubai

This seven-part series brings Pantheon 2.0 to life, the next phase of the brand’s evolution, defined by creating impactful, measurable experiences that extend far beyond property development. Pantheon 2.0 leverages data, resident insights, and performance metrics to shape destinations where people truly thrive. By broadening its scope into culture, entertainment, and community initiatives, Pantheon is building meaningful touchpoints that enhance quality of life, increase resident engagement, and contribute to stronger, more connected neighbourhoods.

Culture as a cornerstone of community

Commenting on the initiative, Mr. Kalpesh Kinariwala, Founder of Pantheon Development, said: “With Pantheon 2.0, we are redefining what it means to be a real estate brand. Homes are not just buildings; they are the foundation for connection, memory, identity, and emotion. By bringing celebrated global artists to the UAE, we are creating experiences that transcend borders and provide inspiration for residents and communities through a sense of belonging and a shared celebration. This cultural series is the beginning of a long-term commitment towards nurturing mind, soul, and community, all equally as important as concrete and design.”

A powerful and diverse line-up

The newly confirmed concerts span genres and audiences, reflecting Pantheon’s emphasis on inclusivity and cultural depth.

Arijit Singh, one of the most successful and influential voices in Indian music, will return to the UAE with a major showcase at Etihad Arena. His repertoire of iconic modern Bollywood hits and deeply emotive performances continues to draw fans globally.

A month later, two-time Academy Award winner A.R. Rahman, one of the world’s most celebrated composers and performers, will headline the same arena with an immersive show that blends classical, contemporary, and cinematic music.

Marking his first-ever performance in Dubai, International sitarist and performer Rishab Rikhiram Sharma will close the first wave of the series with his transformative ‘Sitar for Mental Health’ experience at Coca-Cola Arena. Renowned globally for reinventing classical music for the contemporary audience, Sharma has earned global acclaim for using sound as a tool for reflection, calm, and emotional healing in a way that aligns closely with Pantheon’s vision of holistic living.

A New Chapter for Pantheon

These concerts mark a cultural turning point for Pantheon Development, as it actively redefines what it means to be a modern, lifestyle-oriented developer. These events follow three major corporate milestones underscoring Pantheon’s growth trajectory:

  • Breaking ground on the flagship development for Pantheon, One RAK Central in Ras Al Khaimah, making it the first private developer to invest in the RAK Central masterplan.
  • Breaking ground on VOXA, Pantheon’s AED 800 million mixed-use development in Jumeirah Village Triangle, further reinforces the brand’s commitment to expanding its portfolio of community-centric, value-driven projects in Dubai.
  • The signing of a landmark MoU with NBCC (India) Ltd., a Government of India Navratna enterprise with a project portfolio exceeding INR 1.2 trillion (≈ AED 53 billion), combining NBCC’s six decades of engineering expertise with Pantheon’s AED 3 billion pipeline across the UAE.

Together, these milestones represent Pantheon’s evolution from developer to experience creator, blending architecture, community, and now culture with a deep sense of purpose.
