ROKA Dubai has introduced a new range of Teishoku set menus, expanding its all-day dining offering with a curated Japanese-style experience aimed at combining variety, convenience, and value.

The new menus, now available daily at its Business Bay location, are designed to offer a structured dining format featuring shared starters followed by a choice of main course from the restaurant’s signature robata grill.

The launch reflects a broader trend in Dubai’s dining sector, where restaurants are increasingly introducing set-menu formats to appeal to both business and casual diners seeking a streamlined yet premium experience.

Guests can choose between two menu options. The Classic Teishoku, priced at AED 125 per person, includes starters such as salads, maki rolls, gyoza, and tempura, followed by main course options including salmon teriyaki, tiger prawns, or cedar-roasted baby chicken.

The Premium Teishoku, priced at AED 180 per person, offers an upgraded selection featuring dishes such as sashimi platters, salmon tartare, and king crab dumplings, alongside mains including sea bream with miso, lamb cutlets, and black cod marinated in yuzu miso.

The format allows diners to sample multiple items from ROKA’s menu in a single sitting, aligning with the growing demand for experiential dining options that balance quality with efficiency.

The Teishoku offering is suitable for both lunch and dinner, catering to a wide range of dining needs, from midweek business meetings to casual social gatherings.

ROKA Dubai, located at the ME Dubai Hotel in Business Bay, has built its identity around contemporary Japanese robatayaki cuisine, where dishes are prepared over an open grill that serves as the focal point of the restaurant’s design and experience.

The introduction of set menus signals a continued evolution of its concept, as the brand adapts to changing consumer preferences in one of the region’s most competitive dining markets.
