The Ministry of Tourism of the Kingdom has released its “Saudi Winter 2025” program that includes a full calendar of events until the end of the first quarter of 2026. On Sunday, the program was initiated with the company of 120 partners in the private sector by Ahmed Al-Khateeb, the tourism minister and chairman of the Saudi Tourism Authority, in Riyadh.
Al-Khateeb states that the ministry is working to boost the number of visitors as part of a move to achieve the target of 150 million tourists as indicated in the Vision 2030.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, the theme of the program is “Winter Live,” which focuses on the most significant entertainment shows such as the Riyadh, Diriyah, AlUla, and Khobar seasons.
During the Khobar Season, the events will involve concerts, plays, poetry, family, and beach activities. Some of the special events will include the different AlUla festivals, the world rally championship, and power boat racing in Jeddah.
Furthermore, the SPA highlights the special collaborations with MrBeast and the WWE Royal Rumble event as a part of the Riyadh Season. The ministry reported that Saudi Winter 2025 will introduce more than 1,200 tourism products and over 600 special offers in various key destination areas.
This event will feature Riyadh, Diriyah, Jeddah, AlUla, Al-Qassim, Hail, and Madinah based on the rich natural and cultural diversity of Saudi Arabia.
CEO of the Saudi Tourism Authority, Fahd Hamidaddin, said the main goal of this event is to strengthen partnerships with the private sector, contribute to stimulating spending, and attract more tourists from around the world.”
