The Saudi Press Agency stated that the Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al-Saud has conducted a high-level meeting on Saturday with his counterparts from Egypt, France, and Argentina on the margins of the G20 Leaders’ Summit in Johannesburg.
Prince Faisal had a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration, and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs of Egypt, Badr Abdelatty.
The two ministers examined the relations between their respective countries and also talked about the development in the region and about the international relations and their influence on the security of the region.
Meanwhile, they also reaffirmed continuous collaborative initiatives to promote stability in the Middle East.
The Saudi foreign minister also met the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France, Jean-Noël Barrot.
Therefore, the discussions were centered on the developments of Saudi-French cooperation and partnerships in different spheres.
The ministers also shared their opinions about the recent developments in the region, the security and humanitarian impacts, and the work that is being done to address them.
However, at another meeting, Prince Faisal discussed with Pablo Cuervo, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade, and Worship of Argentina.
The discussions were on bilateral relations and how they could improve collaboration in various areas. The ministers also discussed various regional and international matters, which were of mutual interest.
SPA reported that the foreign minister also spoke with Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on Saturday for similar discussions.
