Some Dubai Roads Temporarily Closed For Women’s Cycling Race: RTA

The 2025 Women’s Tour, set for Thursday, February 6, will kick off at 12:45 pm from the Dubai Police Officers Club, with the race covering a total distance of 149 km and concluding at Dubai Harbour by 4:40 pm.

The route for the event has been shared, and participants and spectators are advised that temporary road closures will be in effect along the race path. Streets will reopen once the final competitor has passed. To avoid delays and ensure smooth travel, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) urges the public to plan their journeys in advance and depart early.

RTA has announced that 15 streets will be temporarily closed during the women’s cycling race.

These affected roads include Latifa Hospital Street, Oud Metha Road, Al Seef Street, Corniche Street, Al Khaleej Street, Omar bin Al Khattab Street, Baniyas Road, Rebat Street, Tripoli Street, Zayed bin Hamdan, Al Qudra Street, Sayh As Salam Street, Umm Suqeim Street, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street, and the Dubai Harbour area.
