The much-anticipated Tanweer Festival is set to return to the Mleiha desert in Sharjah from 21st to 23rd November 2025, following the success of its inaugural edition last year. Hosted amidst the stunning natural and archaeological landscapes of Mleiha, the festival offers an immersive blend of music, culture, art, and spiritual exploration.
Inspired by the visionary leadership of Sheikha Bodour bint Sultan Al Qasimi, the Tanweer Festival was founded with a mission to foster cultural dialogue, promote environmental sustainability, and strengthen community connections. Her belief in the power of music, nature, and shared human experiences continues to guide the festival’s evolution as a platform for unity and transformation.

A Richer, More Immersive Experience
The 2025 edition promises an expanded programme of live music performances, visual arts, wellness sessions, and interactive cultural experiences, designed to bring together diverse communities in an environment of openness and reflection.
This year’s theme, “What You Seek Is Seeking You,” draws from the timeless wisdom of 13th-century poet Rumi, echoing the festival’s core values of self-discovery, unity, and a deeper connection with nature.
