Taraf, the real estate arm of Yas Holding, and Masdar City, Abu Dhabi’s pioneering sustainable urban district, have partnered to develop Fay Hills, a 153-acre residential masterplan focused on sustainability, wellness, and human-centric living.
Located within Masdar City, Fay Hills will feature four interconnected residential villages connected by shaded green corridors, landscaped parks, and thoughtfully designed water features. The project combines Taraf’s design-led approach with Masdar City’s established sustainability framework to create a serene, balanced, and future-ready community.
Under the joint venture, the partners have also launched Fay Gardens, the first village and Phase One of the masterplan. Covering 33 acres, Fay Gardens will feature 130 design-led 4–6 bedroom villas organized around three signature parks, Terra, Aria, and Azura, each offering distinctive social, active, and tranquil lifestyle experiences. The neighbourhood embodies the core philosophy of Fay Hills, emphasizing walkable streets, abundant greenery, shaded communal spaces, and seamless indoor–outdoor living.
