The Petshop has launched its Super App, a fully integrated digital platform designed to bring the entire pet ownership journey into one secure, connected ecosystem. Built around the belief that pets are individuals with distinct needs, behaviours, and life stages, the app redefines how families manage care, services, and information across everyday life with pets.

The Super App brings together tasks that pet families often manage across separate channels. In one account, users can shop, book services, keep pet records organised, access guidance, and follow community activities. The focus is to simplify how people manage pet wellbeing through daily routines, with less reliance on scattered notes, messages, and disconnected systems.

Each pet has a dedicated profile that captures practical information such as age, diet, health considerations, behavioural patterns, and life stage. This allows households, particularly those with more than one pet, to keep information current and accessible as routines and needs evolve.

Personalisation is enabled through this structured data, allowing the platform to respond with greater accuracy. Recommendations, reminders, and service options adjust to the specific needs of each pet, moving away from generic care routines and towards more considered, individualised support that support the preferences and wellbeing of their pets.

Core services, including grooming, boarding, relocation, aquatics, and wellness, sit within a single booking journey. Users can view availability, confirm appointments, and review service history without switching between tools. This supports clearer planning for pet families and a more consistent service experience across locations.

The app also addresses data handling and trust. Pet records and documents are stored securely, with additional safeguards in place for sensitive information, including verified digital documentation. Usage patterns enable timely reminders and practical guidance, intended to support planning and follow-through without exposing personal information or pushing generic prompts.
