UAE residents need to take care as the National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has issued a heat advisory, stating that the country is set to embrace high temperatures, with internal regions expected to see the mercury soar between 42°C and 46°C.
According to the latest forecast, coastal and island areas will also experience intense heat, with temperatures ranging from 39°C to 44°C. In contrast, mountainous regions will be relatively cooler, with highs forecast between 32°C and 39°C.

The highest temperature recorded yesterday was a scorching 46.2°C in Bada Dafas, located in the Al Dhafra region. The reading was taken at approximately 2:00 PM, marking one of the hottest moments so far this season.
While today’s weather is expected to remain mostly clear to partly cloudy, light to moderate winds may be blowing from the southeast to northeast at speeds of 10–20 km/h, occasionally gusting up to 30 km/h during the daytime.
Sea conditions will remain calm, with both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea forecast to have slight wave activity.
The NCM had earlier also shared a few tips for residents, like dressing appropriately, keeping themselves hydrated, to beat this climatic situation.
