The Fuel Price Committee in the UAE has issued the new official fuel prices for November 2025, with decreases in petrol prices and a smaller reduction in diesel prices following reduced levels from October.

The decision forms part of the Fuel Price Committee’s review of the monthly fuel prices, based on the global markets and the concomitant economic considerations.

The fuel prices for November 2025 will range per liter as follows: Super 98 petrol at AED2.63 (down from AED2.77 in October), Special 95 petrol at AED2.51 (down from AED2.66), E-Plus 91 petrol at AED2.44 (down from AED2.58), and diesel at AED2.67 (down slightly from AED2.71).

These cuts encourage relief for UAE motorists and businesses following fluctuations in pricing in global crude oil prices.

The decrease follows months of relatively steady or rising fuel prices, reflecting a recent easing in Brent crude oil, which is average lower in October as compared to September.

However, global supply and other dynamics, eventually including ongoing geopolitical tensions and sanctions, have affected volatility, suggesting that future fuel prices may begin to fluctuate.

The pricing of the UAE mechanism for petrol and diesel is associated with global oil markets, along with monthly local adjustments. The drop in November breaks the trend of the incremental surge witnessed over the previous year.

For instance, Super 98 petrol was priced at AED2.77 a liter in October, following a rise from AED2.61 a liter in January 2025.

Diesel prices have been observed to be more variable, in fact about around the AED2.60 to AED2.70 range since mid-2025, witnessing slight upward and downward movements on a month-to-month basis.

The UAE’s commitment affects the trend to hold the fuel prices to market realities, balancing consumer affordability and economic sustainability. The monthly fuel price committee statements provide accuracy and help consumers and businesses to transform the fuel expenses.

The price cut in November depicts the lower fuel prices for the average motorists, leading to an acceleration of existing expenses and commuter costs.

The industries, such as transportation, logistics, and delivery services, experienced a slight decrease in diesel prices slightly reduces operating costs, allowing for some stabilization of freight and logistics costs in the short term.

As‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ the UAE is a major regional transport hub, and fuel costs are very significant in many industries, fuel prices in the UAE have a big impact on the rest of the economy. The adjustable fuel prices policy of the government is also consistent with its wider economic objectives of keeping the country competitive, making sure that energy is used efficiently, and that the economy grows in a sustainable ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌way.

The UAE Fuel Price Committee, which operates under the supervision of the Ministry of Energy, maintains prices on a monthly on crude oil’s spot market prices and refined products, shipping costs, and other logistical factors.

UAE fuel prices have impacted the international market dynamics more significantly, following the end of fixed-price controls in March 2021.
