The UAE recorded its lowest temperature of the day at 13.2°C early this morning in Raknah, Al Ain, at 6.45 am local time. Fresh northwesterly winds, occasionally strong with speeds reaching up to 55 km/h, are expected to continue impacting the region, noted NCM. The Arabian Gulf will experience rough to very rough sea conditions, with wave heights reaching up to 10 feet offshore.

The weather advisory is in effect from 7.00 am on Thursday, November 28, until 7.00 am on Sunday, December 1. Residents are urged to stay cautious, especially during outdoor activities and near coastal areas.

Some areas of the UAE are set to experience moderate to fresh winds, occasionally strengthening, particularly over the sea. These conditions may stir up blowing dust and sand inland, leading to reduced horizontal visibility in affected areas. The Arabian Gulf is forecasted to be rough to very rough at times, while the Oman Sea will range from slight to moderate, becoming rough by evening.

The National Center of Meteorology has also issued orange and yellow alerts, warning of sea levels reaching up to 10 feet offshore in the Arabian Gulf. Residents and seafarers are advised to exercise caution during this period. Stay updated on weather conditions for safety.
