Jebel Jais, the UAE’s highest mountain and premium outdoor destination, is set to reopen this Saturday, 31st January. Following essential maintenance works and safety assessments,, Jebel Jais reopens in time for the peak winter season, inviting residents and visitors to reconnect with nature, embrace outdoor adventure, and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
The destination is set to welcome visitors back to the mountains as the cooler weather continues across the UAE, marking the height of the winter season at Jebel Jais.
As part of the 2025/26 season, Where Life Comes Together, the mountain once again becomes a shared space for discovery, adventure, and wellbeing. With ideal temperatures and clear skies, guests can once again enjoy hiking, cycling, restaurant dining, and a range of leisure activities across the mountain’s scenic routes and viewing points.
What’s reopening in Jebel Jais:
- Jais Flight, the world’s longest zipline, will be operating from Saturday, 31st January
- Jais Sky Tour, a 2-hour, 5-km adventure featuring six ziplines, will resume operations from Saturday, 7th February
- 1484 by Puro, the UAE’s highest restaurant, will reopen on Saturday, 31st January from 8am-8pm, 7 days a week
- Puro Express, located at the Jais Viewing Deck Park, will reopen on 7th February, from 11am-8pm
To enjoy the mountain, visitors need a confirmed booking for one of the available experiences mentioned above, or purchase a Jais Viewing Deck Park ticket for AED 10 at the security entrance.
