Yas Marina, one of Abu Dhabi’s premier lifestyle and leisure destinations, is set to host the UAE’s first-ever 69F Regatta. Taking place until March 2026, and held in association with 69F Sailing, the event will introduce one of the world’s most dynamic and pioneering sailing formats on Abu Dhabi’s waters.
The 69F Regatta features the world’s only full-foiling, one-design monohull yacht, merging speed, technology and precision to deliver an unmatched level of competitive sailing. This exciting new format is inspired by the hydrodynamic performance of the America’s Cup and brings an innovative, high-performance edge to the sport.
Taking place over a series of race weeks between 19-25 January 2026, 9-15 February and 9-15 March 2026. Residents and visitors will witness international teams go head-to-head along Yas Bay Waterfront, providing spectators with an all-new sporting experience. The debut of this world-class format at Yas Marina strengthens the UAE’s commitment to top-tier sailing and yachting experiences and reinforces its standing as a leading global maritime destination.
