Dubai’s official public parking operator, Parkin, has announced today the expansion of its parking subscription service to cover all areas under its management. In an update via the company’s social media channels on Monday, May 19, they have introduced all the prices, zones, and areas. So if you’re going through the hassle of repeated payments, time limits, and parking fines, here’s what you need to know.

What Are Parkin Subscriptions?

The subscription-based parking service allows users to park freely within their selected zone for the duration of their plan, without needing to make individual payments each time. It’s particularly beneficial for residents in high-density areas or individuals who regularly rely on public parking.

With a valid subscription, users enjoy:

• Unlimited parking in designated zones
• No fines for overstaying
• No need for repeated payments

Areas Covered by Parkin Subscriptions

The parking subscription service is now available in the following zones, with pricing based on area and duration:

Silicon Oasis – Limited Area

• 3 Months: AED 1,000
• 6 Months: AED 1,500
• 12 Months: AED 2,500

Silicon Oasis – Zone H

• 3 Months: AED 1,400
• 6 Months: AED 2,500
• 12 Months: AED 4,500

Dubai Hills

• 1 Month: AED 500
• 3 Months: AED 1,400
• 6 Months: AED 2,500
• 12 Months: AED 4,500

Wasl Real Estate Communities (Zones W and WP)

Includes areas like Al Karama, Al Qusais, and Al Kifaf

• 1 Month: AED 300
• 3 Months: AED 800
• 6 Months: AED 1,600
• 12 Months: AED 2,800

Roadside and Plot Parking Subscriptions

Parkin also offers subscriptions for roadside and plot parking, covering zones A, B, C, and D across Dubai. These start from AED 500 per month. For plot-only parking, users can save up to 48% by opting for a subscription, with access to designated zones B and D.

How to Apply for a Parkin Subscription

Residents can apply for a subscription easily via the Parkin website or mobile app. Here’s how:

1. Visit parkin.ae/subscription
2. Select your area or search using the map.
3. Click ‘Apply Now’.
4. Choose the subscription type (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).
5. Log in with your Parkin account, UAE Pass, or continue as a guest.
6. Enter details including Emirates ID, mobile number, vehicle info, and desired start/end date.
7. Complete payment online.

Once the process is complete, users will receive an SMS confirmation with activation details.
