Al Zorah Real Estate Development, a joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International, has announced the sale of the two most expensive residential units ever in the Emirate of Ajman. The transactions include a luxury waterfront palace and a beachfront penthouse in Al Zorah City, located near the anticipated Four Seasons Al Zorah Resort.
These record-breaking sales highlight the growing momentum in Ajman’s luxury real estate market and the rising demand for the integrated coastal lifestyle offered by Al Zorah. The community combines a prime location, low-density urban planning, high-quality design, and sustainable investment value.
The first transaction involved an ultra-luxury five-bedroom beachfront palace within the Sea Glints Mansions project, sold for approximately AED30.8 million, setting a new record for residential properties in Ajman. The palace spans 7,338 square feet on a 14,000-square-foot plot and features premium finishes, including marble flooring, custom woodwork, fully landscaped gardens with a private pool and jacuzzi, and kitchens and bathrooms equipped with international brands and advanced smart home systems.
Sea Glints Mansions comprises seven exclusive beachfront palaces and is located adjacent to the anticipated Four Seasons Al Zorah Resort. The project recently won the Best Residential Development (2–9 Units) – Ajman award at the Arabian Property Awards 2025–2026.
The company also completed the sale of a four-bedroom penthouse in the Sea Line Residences project, a luxury waterfront development in Al Zorah City’s tourist area, for AED9 million. The 4,612-square-foot penthouse offers spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, high ceilings, panoramic sea views, and direct beach access. Sea Line Residences includes 99 units, with delivery scheduled for December 2026.
George Saad, Chief Executive Officer of Al Zorah Real Estate Development, stated, “These exceptional sales reflect the growing confidence in Al Zorah’s vision, which places nature at the heart of urban planning and offers an integrated coastal living model that combines design quality and long-term value for residents and investors.”
Al Zorah City spans 5.4 million square meters of protected coastal landscape and is notable for its environmentally conscious urban plan. It features a one-million-square-meter natural mangrove reserve and integrated sports and recreational facilities, including Al Zorah Golf and Yacht Club, which offers an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Nicklaus Design, a yacht marina, and an upcoming beach club.
This careful integration of urban development and natural preservation has attracted a diverse range of buyers and residents from multiple nationalities, strengthening Al Zorah’s position as one of the UAE’s most prominent emerging residential and investment destinations.
