Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) has rolled out a groundbreaking digital real estate service, the “Virtual Sell and Purchase”, designed to transform how property transactions are completed in the UAE. The innovative platform enables buyers, sellers, and banks to conduct multiple stages of the property transaction process entirely online.

This new service integrates three critical steps in property dealings—Discharge of Mortgage, Register a Transfer, and Register a Mortgage—into a single streamlined digital process. By uniting all parties on one secure platform, ADGM aims to significantly enhance the user experience while maintaining high standards of compliance and security.

A standout feature of the new system is its virtual presence functionality, which allows each party involved in the transaction to complete their role remotely. This removes the need for in-person meetings or the physical exchange of documents, offering a faster and more efficient alternative to traditional methods.

The Virtual Sell and Purchase service is delivered through AccessRP, ADGM’s advanced digital property platform, developed in partnership with strategic collaborator ADRES. AccessRP provides a wide range of real estate transaction solutions, from property sales and purchases to off-plan development and mortgage-related services, offering end-to-end support for developers, investors, and property owners.

Commenting on the launch, Hamad Sayah Al Mazrouei, CEO of the Registration Authority of ADGM, said:
“The launch of the Virtual Sell and Purchase service marks a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to enhance ease of doing business and reinforces customer experience in the real estate sector. We are not only making services simpler and faster, but we are also redefining what a real estate journey should look like in a modern, digital economy.”

This initiative positions ADGM at the forefront of digital transformation in real estate, reaffirming its commitment to innovation and user-centric service delivery in the sector.
