To ensure a seamless and efficient travel experience, the Sharjah Airport Authority (SAA) has activated a comprehensive plan in coordination with strategic partners. Round-the-clock efforts by operational teams and customer service staff will focus on guiding travellers, handling inquiries, and facilitating the use of smart services and innovative technologies across the terminal.
In addition to improving the passenger journey, SAA continues to enhance logistical operations, health protocols, and security measures to meet the evolving demands of the aviation sector.
Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport three hours before departure and stay in contact with their airline for the latest updates regarding their flights.
