The Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) is further cementing the emirate’s reputation as a destination for culture and family entertainment through its flagship venue, Al Qasba. From 29th to 31st August, Al Qasba’s theatre, Masrah Al Qasba, will host the popular stage production Pinocchio.
The performance comes on the heels of the highly successful staging of Cinderella, which launched the theatre’s 2025 season earlier this year to enthusiastic audiences and critical praise.
Produced in collaboration with H2 Productions, the play offers a fresh take on the beloved tale of Pinocchio, inviting audiences on a journey filled with humour, challenges, and meaningful life lessons.
The production promises engaging performances, colourful costumes, and striking visuals, weaving together music, theatre, and spectacle in a way that appeals to children and adults alike.
Masrah Al Qasba’s theatrical programme continues to deliver a year-round lineup of world-class shows that balance entertainment with education, reinforcing Sharjah’s standing as a premier cultural and family tourism hub. Following Pinocchio, theatre-goers can look forward to the interactive comedy Around the World in 80 Days in October and the magical fairytale Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs in December.
