INA, the elemental dining destination at J1 Beach by Fundamental Hospitality, will launch its eight-month ‘Masters of Fire’ chef series on October 15–16, featuring acclaimed father-and-son duo George and William Jardine of Cape Town’s Jardine Restaurant.

The series brings eight internationally celebrated chefs to Dubai, each collaborating with INA’s Chef Glen Ballis to create exclusive fire-led menus. The inaugural edition will showcase the Jardines’ multi-generational approach to flame cooking, combining George’s award-winning South African fine dining style with William’s contemporary techniques honed at Edinburgh’s Michelin-starred The Kitchin.

George Jardine, a two-time Eat Out Chef of the Year, is recognized for his mastery of seasonal ingredients and open-fire cuisine. William, 22, brings international experience and modern creativity to the collaboration. Together, they will present a curated tasting menu using INA’s signature wood-fired grill.

The Masters of Fire series aims to celebrate elemental cooking techniques—grilling, smoking, roasting—while uniting global culinary talent in Dubai. Additional chefs will be announced throughout the eight-month program.

Reservations for the Jardine takeover are now open, with further events scheduled through mid-2026.
