The UAE field hospital in the Gaza Strip continues to provide vital medical and humanitarian services as part of Operation Chivalrous Knight 3, supporting the local health system and enhancing its capacity to meet current humanitarian needs.
The hospital remains fully operational, offering comprehensive healthcare including consultations, treatments, and surgeries, as part of the UAE’s ongoing efforts to ease residents’ suffering and ensure continuity of health services in Gaza.
The facility recently hosted delegations from the World Health Organization and the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, who reviewed the quality of services and operational procedures across the hospital’s departments.
The Palestinian Red Crescent delegation commended the UAE’s humanitarian efforts and praised the work of its medical and relief teams for providing care and treatment to the injured and sick.
These initiatives reflect strong coordination between UAE efforts and international organisations under Operation Chivalrous Knight 3, which has delivered approximately 10,000 tonnes of medical aid, medicines, and supplies to date. The hospital has treated over 52,000 patients, performed 1,843 surgeries, and fitted prosthetic limbs for 61 injured individuals.
