The Ajman Transport Authority recorded a notable rise in demand for taxi services through smart platforms in 2025, with total service requests reaching 1,412,019.
Of these, 1,351,094 bookings were made via smart applications, while 60,925 requests came through the authority’s Booking and Distribution Centre, underscoring the wide range of accessible service channels available to users.
The authority stated that this growth reflects the success of its strategy to enhance Ajman’s transport system and its commitment to providing multiple communication platforms, which has contributed to higher service quality and an improved customer experience.
It noted that smart applications allow customers to access services swiftly and efficiently through integrated digital solutions tailored to meet public needs.
The authority also confirmed that it will continue to enhance service delivery mechanisms and expand its digital platforms in line with technological developments and growing demand from residents and visitors, further strengthening Ajman’s standing as a national benchmark for smart and advanced transport services.
