Foodics has launched a new support initiative to help restaurants and foodservice operators across the UAE navigate rising operational pressures and shifting market conditions.

The program, titled “Forward Together,” is designed to provide financial flexibility, operational support, and technology access for businesses across the food and beverage sector as operators continue adapting to higher costs and evolving consumer demand.

The initiative comes at a time when restaurants across the region are facing tighter margins due to inflationary pressures, changing spending patterns, and increased competition within the hospitality sector. While the UAE’s F&B market continues to show long-term growth potential, operators are increasingly focused on cost management and efficiency.

Foodics said the initiative is structured around three core areas: easing short-term financial pressure, enabling new revenue channels, and improving operational decision-making through technology.

As part of the program, the company will offer flexible payment terms to both new and existing clients across the UAE and other regional markets. Existing customers will also receive free access to digital ordering solutions, including Foodics Online and self-ordering kiosks, to help businesses expand revenue streams without additional upfront investment.

Additional hardware solutions will also be provided at no cost to help restaurants streamline operations and improve workflow efficiency.

The company is also extending access to its AI-powered analytics platform, Foodics AI, allowing operators to use predictive insights and performance analytics to guide business decisions.

Ahmad AlZaini, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Foodics, said the initiative reflects the company’s broader role within the regional hospitality ecosystem.

“The F&B industry employs over a million in our region and is considered one of the private sector drivers across GCC and North African markets,” he said. “Today, operators happen to be navigating difficult conditions. At Foodics, we exist to help restaurants sustain growth.”

The company is also offering discounted, customized packages for new businesses entering the Foodics ecosystem, allowing restaurant operators to tailor technology solutions to their operational needs.

The initiative will extend beyond the UAE into Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, and Kuwait, markets that collectively represent one of the fastest-growing foodservice sectors globally.

According to Foodics, the GCC foodservice industry is currently valued at nearly $70 billion and is projected to exceed $121 billion by 2031, underscoring the sector’s importance to employment and economic diversification across the region.

Founded in Saudi Arabia in 2014, Foodics has grown into one of the region’s largest restaurant technology providers, serving more than 30,000 restaurants through its cloud-based restaurant management and payment ecosystem.

The launch of “Forward Together” reflects a broader trend within the hospitality technology sector, where providers are increasingly positioning themselves not just as software vendors but as operational partners helping businesses adapt to economic uncertainty and digital transformation.
