Dubai Holding has announced a strategic collaboration with Microsoft to integrate artificial intelligence into the core of its operations, marking one of the region’s largest enterprise-scale AI deployments.

The initiative positions Dubai Holding among the leading adopters of enterprise AI in the Middle East and Africa region and aligns with the UAE’s broader ambitions to become a global leader in artificial intelligence and digital transformation.

Under the collaboration, Dubai Holding will integrate AI-driven systems across its diverse portfolio, including real estate, hospitality, retail, entertainment, investments, and community management operations.

The company said employees across the group will gain access to AI capabilities through a unified platform designed to support day-to-day operations, automate repetitive processes, streamline workflows, and improve decision-making efficiency.

The rollout will also include the development of AI agents capable of handling routine tasks and operational functions, representing what the company described as a significant transformation in workplace productivity and enterprise operations.

To support implementation, Dubai Holding will introduce a structured training and enablement program featuring workshops, practical use-case development, and organization-wide adoption initiatives to ensure employees can effectively integrate AI tools into their roles.

The collaboration is part of Dubai Holding’s broader technology strategy and supports national initiatives, including the UAE National AI Strategy 2031 and the Dubai AI Roadmap, both of which aim to accelerate the adoption of advanced technologies and position Dubai as a global innovation hub.

Dubai Holding has already expanded its AI-focused ecosystem through strategic partnerships, including its existing joint venture Aither with Palantir Technologies.

Commenting on the partnership, Amit Kaushal, Group Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding, said: “Technology is central to how we operate and create value across the organization. Our collaboration with Microsoft reflects a deliberate step in embedding artificial intelligence into our core operations, in line with Dubai’s broader digital transformation ambitions.”

Brad Smith, Vice Chair and President of Microsoft, said the next phase of AI adoption would be defined by how organizations implement the technology at scale.

“Our role is to support customers like Dubai Holding with the platforms and capabilities needed to integrate AI securely into their operations, while advancing responsible innovation that benefits employees, businesses, and the broader economy,” Smith said.

Analysts say large-scale enterprise AI adoption is becoming increasingly central to competitiveness across sectors such as real estate, hospitality, finance, and infrastructure, as companies seek greater automation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
