Aldar Properties has reported strong demand for its latest residential project, Yas Park Place, with over 80 percent of released units sold, generating more than AED800 million in sales.
Located in the heart of Yas Island, the mid-rise community has attracted a diverse mix of buyers, reflecting both local confidence and growing international interest in Abu Dhabi’s real estate market.
Expatriate residents and overseas investors accounted for 54 percent of total sales, with significant demand coming from buyers in Jordan, China, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom. UAE nationals accounted for the remaining 46 percent, underscoring sustained domestic confidence in Aldar’s developments.
The project also drew a large number of new customers, with 83 percent of buyers purchasing an Aldar property for the first time, indicating the developer’s expanding reach and appeal across new investor segments.
Younger buyers played a key role in driving demand, with 66 percent of customers under 45, reinforcing Yas Island’s growing popularity as a lifestyle and investment destination.
“We are highly encouraged by the strong market response to Yas Park Place, with sustained demand from both domestic and international investors reaffirming Abu Dhabi’s position as a compelling, long-term investment destination with robust underlying fundamentals,” said Jonathan Emery, CEO of Aldar Development.
He added that the project’s performance reflects not only the resilience of the UAE’s property market but also the continued expansion of Aldar’s international sales platform.
The initial phase of the development included four buildings, with the remaining two set to be launched in the next phase, building on the momentum generated at launch.
Overlooking Yas Central Park, Yas Park Place will feature six mid-rise buildings offering a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two-bedroom duplexes, all within a walkable, green community setting.
The strong sales performance underscores Abu Dhabi’s continued attractiveness as a real estate investment hub, supported by stable economic fundamentals and growing global investor interest.
