Nvidia has committed approximately $90 billion toward artificial intelligence-related partnerships and investments as the chip giant moves to strengthen its dominance across the rapidly expanding AI ecosystem.
According to reports, Nvidia plans to support developers, cloud computing providers, infrastructure firms, and AI-focused companies, deepening the industry’s reliance on its hardware and software technologies.
The investment push comes as global demand for AI computing infrastructure continues to surge amid explosive growth in generative AI, data centres, and enterprise AI adoption.
Industry experts said the strategy is designed to reinforce Nvidia’s central position within the global AI supply chain by embedding its technology across multiple layers of the industry, from semiconductor chips to cloud services and AI platforms.

The Financial Times reported that in at least one arrangement, Nvidia would be acting simultaneously as a customer, supplier, and prospective shareholder, a structure likely to draw attention from antitrust regulators concerned about market concentration and competitive dynamics in the AI sector.
The announcement comes ahead of Nvidia’s quarterly earnings release, which investors are closely watching for signals on whether the global AI spending boom remains sustainable.
