Tech Mahindra, a global leader in technology consulting and digital solutions, has announced senior leadership elevations to accelerate strategic growth across key markets, with a particular emphasis on the India, Middle East, and Africa (IMEA) region.
Sahil Dhawan has been appointed as Head – IMEA Business, where he will spearhead Tech Mahindra’s growth strategy and deepen customer engagement across this high-potential region. Known for his cross-functional expertise and customer-focused approach, Sahil brings a strong track record in driving enterprise transformation. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President & Global Head – Enterprise Applications, overseeing global sales, delivery, and alliances.
Meanwhile, Manish Mangal will assume the role of Head – Americas Communications Business, leading operations in one of Tech Mahindra’s most strategic markets. With over 27 years of global telecom experience, Manish is recognized for advancing innovations in 5G, AI, and cloud-native technologies. He previously held dual roles as Chief Technology Officer – Telecom Business and Global Business Head – Network Services.
