Azizi Developments has announced that its contemporary residential project, Azizi Central, located in Al Furjan, Dubai, has achieved 35% completion. The development is on track for handover in the fourth quarter of 2025.
Construction progress includes 99% completion of structural elements and 64% of blockwork. Internal plastering is at 40%, with HVAC and MEP installations at 24% and 36%, respectively. Overall finishes have reached 14%, and the workforce has been expanded to 504 workers to maintain momentum.
Azizi Central offers a range of amenities, including landscaped walk-in areas, a state-of-the-art gym, separate pools for adults and children, an outdoor seating area, a BBQ zone, and ample parking facilities. The development also features retail and dining options to cater to residents’ needs.
