The award was presented during a ceremony on September 11, 2025, at the Habtoor Grand Resort Hotel in Dubai.
11 Hills Park, a development with a portfolio of AED 4 billion, is located in the heart of Dubai Science Park. The project was recognized for its unique integration of residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. It features 558 residential units designed for modern living, emphasizing spacious interiors and energy efficiency. The development also includes state-of-the-art amenities, such as two sky pools, two fully equipped gyms, and extensive landscaped gardens, aiming to create a vibrant community for residents and businesses.
