The SHRM MENA Annual Conference & Expo, under the patronage of FAHR (Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) – UAE), concluded its conference with another day of engaging discussions, insightful panels, and thought-provoking sessions on the future of work.
The day opened with a special address by Brigadier Rashid Nasser Rashid Abdulla, Director of the Human Resources General Department at Dubai Police Headquarters, followed by a power talk from Shiv, Operating Partner at Advent Private Equity and former CEO of PepsiCo.
Sessions throughout the day covered critical topics such as inclusive leadership, empowering diverse teams for innovation, and building future-ready leadership. A highlight was the closing session, ‘Directing the Boardroom: Leadership Lessons from Hollywood,’ delivered by Sanford R. Climan, CEO of EMV and Hollywood producer. The conference concluded with the SHRM MENA Star Awards 2025, celebrating outstanding achievements and contributions in HR across the region.
Day 2 reaffirmed SHRM MENA’s commitment to advancing HR and business leadership in the region, fostering innovation, diversity, and global collaboration.
