Makkah Construction and Development Company reported net profits of SAR 380 million during the first nine months (9M) of 2025, which is an annual growth of 16.92 percent on SAR 325 million.
The financial results reported that the revenues increased by 34.12 per cent to SAR 908 million in September 2025, compared to SAR 677 million in 9M-24.
The Earnings Per Share (EPS) stood at SAR 1.90 in 9M-25 as compared to SAR 1.63 in the same period last year.
In the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, Makkah Construction recorded 23.18 percent year-on-year (YoY) net profits that are SAR 85 million in comparison with SAR 69 million.
However, the revenues have shot up 100 percent YoY to SAR 284 million in the July-September 2025 period, out of SAR 142 million.
According to quarterly terms, the net profits of Q3-25 decreased by 40.97 percent as compared to Q2-25 of SAR 144 million, and revenue declined by 26.80 percent as compared to SAR 388 million.
