The United Arab Emirates has continued its humanitarian efforts to aid those affected by the recent earthquake that struck northern Afghanistan.
So far, the UAE has dispatched five aircraft carrying a total of 5,400 food baskets weighing 135 tonnes, aimed at supporting individuals and families impacted by the disaster’s aftermath.
The fifth aircraft, which arrived within the past 24 hours, delivered essential food supplies to help ease the suffering of affected communities and reduce the impact of the catastrophe.
These ongoing relief operations highlight the UAE’s deeply rooted humanitarian principles and steadfast commitment to assisting people in crisis-affected regions. They also reaffirm the nation’s role as a global model of compassion and comprehensive humanitarian response, standing in solidarity with countries during times of need.
