The General Authority of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, and Zakat (Awqaf) has announced that all of its automated services have now been fully digitised and made available through its website and smart app, allowing customers to complete their transactions with greater speed and efficiency.
Dr. Omar Habtoor Al Darei, Chairman of Awqaf, stated that this achievement underscores the authority’s ongoing commitment to accelerating digital transformation and implementing advanced systems that support its mission.
He explained that increasing the automation rate of customer services to 100 percent, up from 43 percent in 2024, highlights Awqaf’s dedication to providing high-quality services that align with its future vision and strengthen its standing as a leader in innovative smart service delivery.
Dr. Al Darei also confirmed that the restructuring of the authority’s services has been completed in accordance with its core responsibilities and future needs.
