Seagull, a UAE-based leader in HVAC solutions, has strengthened its industrial footprint with the launch of a cutting-edge manufacturing facility in Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ).
The company set up its new manufacturing unit in RAKEZ’s Al Ghail Industrial Zone, investing AED 15 million in the project. Covering an area of 17,045 square metres, the facility includes a pre-built manufacturing plant designed to maximise operational efficiency while prioritising employee wellbeing.
Now fully operational, the site is undergoing continuous enhancements aimed at establishing a new standard for world-class manufacturing environments. The plant has a monthly production capacity of 50,000 square metres of GI coils and will cater to key regional markets such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar.
Seagull currently employs 180 people, with plans to increase its workforce to 300 by mid-2026 as production expands and additional product lines are introduced.
“We are delighted to see Seagull deepen its roots in Ras Al Khaimah with its new facility. Their expansion underscores the growing confidence that industry leaders have in the emirate’s strong industrial ecosystem and business-friendly environment,” said RAKEZ Group CEO Ramy Jallad.
