One of the major construction companies in the UAE, Lamprell, has won four Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation (EPCI) projects throughout 2025, which will facilitate its further growth operations in Saudi Arabia.
In the four projects, the cumulative scope of Lamprell involves the installation of new platforms, subsea structures, pipelines, and cables, upgrades of platforms and infrastructure, trenching, complete hook-up, and commissioning.
The awards have made a significant contribution to the regional workload of Lamprell, cementing its role as a top provider of integrated EPCI solutions to the energy industry.
CEO Ian Prescott said, “These four new EPCI awards mark an important step in Lamprell’s growth journey in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They also reflect the progress we have made in expanding our in-house marine contracting capabilities, strengthening our regional footprint, and positioning Lamprell to deliver increasingly complex offshore scopes.”
He further added that “With a backlog now exceeding $4 billion, Lamprell is operating at a scale that reflects the confidence our clients place in our teams and our ability to deliver large, integrated EPCI projects. We look forward to executing these projects to the highest safety and quality standards expected of Lamprell.”
