The Emirate of Ajman recorded 1,623 real estate transactions worth AED 2.78 billion in December, representing a 22% increase compared to the same period in 2024.
Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, noted that Al Jurf Industrial 2 achieved the highest transaction value at AED 28 million, while 198 mortgage deals exceeded AED 339.8 million, according to the Ajman Real Estate Index.
He added that December witnessed record activity driven by growing direct demand, reflecting the robustness of Ajman’s real estate market. Emirates City Ajman led major developments, while Al Helio 2 emerged as the most traded neighbourhood.
