DXB Extends Welcome to Kuwaiti Visitors During UAE–Kuwait Week

Dubai Airports is welcoming travellers from the brotherly State of Kuwait this week with a range of special on-ground activations across Dubai International (DXB). Delivered in collaboration with the oneDXB community, the initiative marks UAE–Kuwait Week and celebrates the deep-rooted ties between the two nations.

In 2025, DXB received 1.6 million travellers from Kuwait across 11,500 flights operated by four airlines, underscoring the strong connectivity and long-standing relationship between the UAE and Kuwait.

The welcoming activities are being implemented across all terminals in partnership with GDRFA, Dubai Customs, Dubai Duty Free, Dubai Ambulance, the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA), Emirates Airline, the General Department of Airport Security – Dubai Police, du, and the Haweyyatti team. Highlights include dedicated arrival lanes, commemorative passport stamps, cultural performances, themed terminal decorations, digital displays showcasing UAE–Kuwait relations, and a variety of giveaways ranging from Dubai Duty Free vouchers to SIM cards, ensuring a smooth and memorable arrival experience for Kuwaiti visitors.
