Starting 15th January 2026, Škoda Middle East raises ownership expectations with the introduction of Škoda Advantage, a new standard that makes long-term peace of mind a fixed part of every Škoda ownership experience. With Škoda Advantage, key ownership essentials are transformed into a clear and transparent standard. Every new Škoda sold in the region now comes with an unmatched 5-5-5-5 package, including five years or 75,000 km of scheduled free service (whichever comes first), five years or 150,000 km manufacturer warranty, five years of roadside assistance, and proven 5-star NCAP safety rating on all models as standard. Together, these four pillars simplify costs, remove uncertainty and deliver confidence throughout the ownership journey.

The Škoda Advantage

5 years / 75,000 km free service
Every new Škoda will include manufacturer-prescribed service inspections for five years or up to 75,000 km, carried out by factory-trained technicians at authorised service centres across the region.

The prepaid service programme follows the official maintenance schedule and includes inspection services defined by the manufacturer.

The service package is linked to the vehicle and remains valid if ownership changes, supporting stronger residual value.

5 years / 150,000 km manufacturer warranty

As part of the ŠKODA Advantage, every new Škoda sold in the Middle East is now covered by a five-year or 150,000 km manufacturer warranty, providing extended protection against manufacturing and material defects. Warranty repairs are carried out exclusively by authorised Škoda service partners, using genuine Škoda parts and factory-approved procedures, ensuring consistent quality and reliability throughout the ownership period.

Roadside Assistance (RSA)
5 years Free Roadside Assistance, 24/7 support anywhere

Škoda vehicles in the region will be supported by a comprehensive Roadside Assistance (RSA) programme, offering five years of free 24/7 support within the country of registration.

Designed to provide peace of mind in everyday driving situations, Škoda Roadside Assistance ensures help is always just a call away when the unexpected occurs. Coverage includes assistance for incidents such as flat tyres, battery issues, fuel shortages, locked vehicle keys (with the key left inside the vehicle) and unexpected breakdowns. In all cases, trained support teams respond promptly and manage the situation with professionalism and expertise.

Where additional support is required, the service also includes towing, on-site minor repairs, vehicle recovery and alternative transport arrangements, ensuring drivers are not left stranded.

Roadside Assistance services are available across urban areas as well as longer intercity and desert routes within the country.
