DIFC Launches ‘The Residences’ First Residential Project In Phase A Of Zabeel District

Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) has initiated the launch of The Residences, the first residential development to be launched in the first phase (Phase A) of the newly announced DIFC Zabeel District.

The landmark development signifies a defining moment in the transformation of DIFC as a fully integrated urban destination.

Being the first residential project in the Zabeel District, The Residences is an embodiment of the meticulous standards for which DIFC is globally recognized, characterized by high-quality performance and consideration of the design.

Developed and overseen by DIFC Developments, the development presents an elegant residential project that harmoniously combines work, wellbeing, and culture, becoming a place where professional excellence and quality of life support each other. The project includes two residential towers, home to 463 residences.

This development is in line with the future city infrastructure, such as connection with the Dubai Loop, in addition to smooth access to major arterial road networks, which will make it easy to move throughout the city.

However, spanning 7.1 million sq. ft. with an overall gross floor area of 17.7 million sq. ft., the DIFC Zabeel District is the biggest demand-led expansion of a financial center in the region, with projected gross development value exceeding AED100 billion.
