An international agreement was signed between the developer Teus Group and Radisson Hospitality Belgium at the Radisson Hotel Group office in Dubai.

The parties have signed an International Management Agreement, according to which Radisson will operate the first joint project between Teus Group and Radisson in the Maldives, in respect of the brand image and the terms established in the agreement.

Ramzy Fenianos, chief development officer, Asia Pacific, Radisson Hotel Group, attended the ceremony and stressed the strategic importance of the partnership and common interest in long-term asset performance.

Ramzy Fenianos, chief development officer, Asia Pacific, Radisson Hotel Group, said, “We highly value partnerships built on a shared long-term ambition — to create a project that delivers stable operational performance and strengthens its value over time. For Radisson, transparency, accountability, and clear management KPIs are essential, as well as an owner-first approach, where the investor is considered a key customer alongside the guest.”

The agreement is a great step forward for both the companies and for the development of a new resort in the Maldives, where the international standards in hospitality, the organized management structure, and the maintenance of the quality of services offered are of utmost importance.

According to the conditions of the agreement, the entire operational control of the asset will be carried out by Radisson, including the implementation of the operating model, compliance with brand standards, commercial strategy, and performance management, which is at the heart of ensuring the stability of premium resort real estate in the long run and its competitiveness.

Basel Houari, founder and CEO of Teus Group, responded to the matter, “The Maldives is a market where management quality is decisive. That is why we approach project delivery in a highly structured way — from concept creation and product positioning to international operational management. Our partnership with Radisson is a confirmation of the ambition and standards with which Teus Group continues to expand across global markets.”

The Maldives resort will be part of the international brands portfolio that Teus Group is expanding and will be in line with its strategy to develop resort real estate in partnership with leading international hotel operators.

Singing in Dubai indicates the degree of mutual trust between the two organisations and marks the beginning of a new stage of collaboration aimed at providing a project that will comply with international standards of service quality and efficiency of its operations.
