The Ras Al Khaimah Department of Economic Development (DED) completed 27,788 electronic transactions in 2025, up from 26,028 transactions in 2024, reflecting a growth rate of 6.8%. This increase highlights the rapid progress of digital transformation in the emirate’s economic services.

The Department emphasized that this growth underscores the effectiveness of its strategy to develop a comprehensive digital services ecosystem, enabling customers to conduct transactions electronically with speed and ease. By simplifying procedures, reducing transaction times, and offering round-the-clock integrated services without the need for physical visits, the emirate provides a more investor-friendly environment.

The Department added that this achievement is the result of upgrading electronic systems, expanding smart services, and enhancing integration with relevant entities, thereby fostering a flexible, growth-oriented investment climate.
