DMCC has announced the launch of two new premium commercial towers, One Uptown Place and Two Uptown Place, marking a major expansion of its flagship Uptown Dubai district as it continues to build a next-generation business ecosystem.

The twin-tower development will add more than 560,000 square feet of Grade A office space, pushing Uptown Dubai’s total commercial footprint beyond 1 million square feet. Leasing is expected to begin in the second half of the year, with completion targeted for the first quarter of 2028.

Designed to cater to a broad mix of tenants, from multinational corporations to high-growth firms, the towers will rise 21 and 15 stories respectively. Office spaces will range from 2,100 to 17,600 square feet, with select floors offering multi-level layouts connected by private staircases, a format aimed at larger occupiers seeking integrated work environments.

The project will also include around 82,000 square feet of retail space, further enhancing the district’s mixed-use appeal.

The expansion comes as DMCC accelerates the development of specialized business ecosystems in Uptown Dubai, including initiatives such as FinX and the Wealth Hub, designed to attract financial institutions, fintech companies, alternative lenders, and digital asset firms.

“Businesses are increasingly prioritizing environments that combine connectivity, flexibility, and access to capital and markets,” said Ahmed bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman and CEO of DMCC. “With One Uptown Place and Two Uptown Place, we are adding over 560,000 square feet of Grade A office space, taking Uptown Dubai’s total commercial capacity beyond 1 million square feet.”

He added that as DMCC continues to build platforms such as the Wealth Hub, FinX, and the Maritime Center, Uptown Dubai is evolving into a fully integrated district that offers companies a premium base for global scale.

Beyond office and retail space, the development will feature more than 1,600 parking spaces, valet services, and a dedicated shuttle connection to the Dubai Metro, aimed at improving accessibility for tenants and visitors.

Sustainability is also a key focus, with both towers targeting LEED Gold certification through the integration of energy- and water-efficient systems, solar-controlled glazing, and enhanced indoor environmental standards.

The latest announcement underscores DMCC’s broader strategy of positioning Uptown Dubai as a global business destination, combining infrastructure, connectivity, and sector-specific ecosystems to attract international capital and enterprises.
