Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in the UAE on an official visit, where he was received by UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
An official reception ceremony was held in honour of Prime Minister Modi upon his arrival, featuring the national anthems of both countries and a ceremonial guard of honor.

In a gesture underscoring the close ties between the two nations, the aircraft carrying Prime Minister Modi was escorted by a formation of UAE military aircraft after entering the country’s airspace. According to officials, the squadron leader sought permission to accompany the aircraft to the airport as part of the formal welcome protocol.

The visit comes amid deepening strategic, economic, and diplomatic cooperation between the UAE and India, with both countries continuing to strengthen partnerships across trade, investment, energy, technology, and infrastructure.
