Parkin Secure Parking UAE partnership marks a major step in the country’s smart mobility push, as Parkin Company PJSC joins hands with Secure Parking to roll out barrierless parking systems and integrated digital payments across the UAE.

The agreement builds on a successful pilot at Dubai’s City Walk and is expected to scale across a pipeline of more than 60,000 parking spaces nationwide, reflecting rising demand for seamless, technology-driven parking solutions.

At the core of the partnership is the integration of Secure Parking sites into Parkin’s app and digital wallet, enabling customers to make real-time payments without physical tickets or barriers. The system uses vehicle recognition technology to automate entry and exit, reducing congestion and improving traffic flow in high-density urban areas.

Parkin, which manages around 229,000 paid parking spaces in Dubai and processed over 70 million transactions in the first half of 2025, brings scale and regulatory integration to the collaboration. Secure Parking contributes international expertise, with operations spanning more than 1.2 million parking spaces across 13 countries.

The City Walk deployment serves as a flagship model for the initiative, replacing traditional gated systems with a fully digital infrastructure that offers real-time notifications, transparent pricing, and streamlined payment options through the Parkin platform.

Beyond self-parking, the partnership will extend into valet services, allowing customers to pay for premium parking through the same digital ecosystem. Secure Parking will also manage selected valet operations, creating a unified experience from entry to service completion.

“By partnering with Secure Parking, we are bringing together the scale and sophistication of Dubai’s most advanced digital parking platform with proven global operational expertise,” said Eng. Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali, CEO of Parkin. “This collaboration accelerates our transition toward fully barrierless infrastructure and positions Parkin at the forefront of smart mobility innovation in the UAE.”

Dr. Navin Valrani, CEO of Secure Parking UAE, highlighted the broader significance of the shift. “Barrierless parking is quickly becoming essential urban infrastructure, not just a convenience feature. With Parkin, we have an opportunity to set a new benchmark for how digital mobility services are delivered at scale across the UAE,” he said.

The move reflects a wider trend in urban mobility, where cities are transitioning toward fully digitized infrastructure that integrates payments, analytics, and user experience into a single platform.

As the UAE accelerates its smart city ambitions, the Parkin-Secure Parking collaboration positions both companies at the forefront of next-generation mobility systems, where parking is increasingly seen as a connected, data-driven service rather than a standalone utility.
