Chelsea Football Club (Chelsea FC) has announced a new long-term global partnership with Dubai-based luxury real estate developer DAMAC Properties. As part of this collaboration, DAMAC will become Chelsea FC’s official ‘Property Development Partner’ and will launch Chelsea Residences by DAMAC, a unique, football-themed real estate project in Dubai.
Located in Dubai Maritime City, the development will feature more than 1,400 high-end residential units, all offering stunning seafront views. The residences will include Chelsea-branded amenities designed to focus on health, fitness, and overall well-being, marking the project as a first-of-its-kind fusion of football culture and luxury living.
Key Features of Chelsea Residences by DAMAC
The project will incorporate Chelsea FC’s brand and identity throughout, with elements like concierge services and high-performance facilities bearing the football club’s signature style. The development will also be prominently featured on Chelsea FC’s men’s and women’s football kits for the remainder of the 2024/25 season, making its debut at the UEFA Conference League semi-final against Djurgården on May 1.
